What a crazy night!
Okay, the view from our balcony tonight was nuts. Most intense sunset of the year, all bright orange and red. And did I mention that there was thunder and lightning and rain at the same time. Just when it was all dark and we thought things couldn't get any crazier, fireworks started (I didn't get any photos of the most spectacular ones, just a few of the earlier bursts). Oh, and the lightning was still going on at the same time. Sheer madness. And then it was over: no more thunder, lightning, fireworks, or rain, just a quiet night.
